• Sabah, Sarawak & Labuan: RM15 flat rate per order. Express air transit takes 2–4 working days.

Same-Day Dispatch Cutoff: Orders verified with payment proof before 3:00 PM (Monday – Friday) are dispatched on the same working day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM or during weekends/public holidays are dispatched on the following business day.

We take pride in secure, damage-proof packaging. In the rare event of transit damage:

• 24-Hour Notice: You must inspect your package immediately upon delivery and report any transit damage or discrepancies to our WhatsApp support within 24 hours of the courier delivery scan.
• Proof of Damage: Provide clear photos or a continuous unboxing video showing the exterior courier label, packaging condition, and the damaged item.
• Resolution: Verified transit-damaged items will receive a complimentary expedited replacement or store credit.
• Biological & Hygiene Policy: Due to health, chemical integrity, and sterile safety regulations, unsealed peptide vials, opened supplement containers, or items without original seals cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

Your privacy and confidentiality are strictly protected:
